 Hi!  I'm Casandra Green, Owner of Occasional Bliss.  It's simple, I love the gathering of family and friends celebrating life!  From small birthday parties at home for the kids to larger retirement or birthday gatherings for the adults, I have always enjoyed planning and organizing celebrations.
