What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal, cashier's check, and money orders. Sorry, no CODs or personal checks.
What if I need additional quantities?
Save time and money and double check your quantity needed. Most brides will order an extra 25 to cover last minute additions or mistakes. Reorders done after the initial order will be priced as a new order.
Can I return my order?
Personalized items cannot be returned. If you find an error with your order please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. If the error is on the part of the printer or Occasional Bliss, there will be no charge to reprint. However, if the error was not made by Occasional Bliss or the printer the reprint will be billed to the customer.
